Terms & Conditions

1. This Gift Card is issued by Qwikcilver Solutions. Qwikcilver is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India, and is the issuer of Gift Cards. 
2. This Gift Card is redeemable for all products at www.woohoo.in only & the Woohoo app. 
3. The Gift Card balance will not be redeemed for cash. 
4. To redeem this Gift Card on www.woohoo.in or the Woohoo app, enter the 16 digit Card No and PIN in the Checkout page. 
5. One Woohoo Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other Woohoo Gift Card. 
6. In the event the beneficiary/Know Your Customer (KYC) details are found to be incorrect/insufficient, Qwikcilver Solutions retains the right to cancel the Gift Card issued. 
7. The Gift Card cannot be reloaded. 
8. In case the value of the merchandise exceeds the value of the gift card, the difference must be paid by credit card, Debit Card, Net banking. 
9. In case the value of the merchandise is less than the value of the Gift Card the difference will not be refunded in cash. However it can be used for a subsequent purchase within the validity period. 
10. Protect the card numbers and PIN numbers to avoid misuse. 
11. Qwikcilver Solutions will not be responsible in case the card is lost, stolen or used without permission. 
12. In case the card number gets stolen, it cannot be replaced, nor cash refunded. 
13. All Gift Cards issued after January 01, 2018 shall have a minimum validity period of 1 (one) year from the date of last loading / reloading of the Gift Card.
14. Handling charges as applicable.
15. The cardholder may request for the revalidation of the expired gift card. Upon receipt of such request the gift card may be revalidated after due verification and maybe subject to additional terms and conditions.
16. Every holder of Gift Cards shall be required to add the value stored on such Gift Card into the Woohoo Wallet/Woohoo User Account as a pre-requisite to the redemption of the Gift Cards. The loading of the Gift card onto the Woohoo Wallet/User Account shall constitute registration of the User.
17.  Woohoo (Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited) shall honour and consider requests for blocking of Gift Cards only from users who have registered in accordance with the terms above.
