How to Redeem

• Visit any Cafe Coffee Day outlet where E-Gift Vouchers are applicable.
• Go to Simplyfy App to view the unique CCD Gift voucher’s purchased.
• Select the voucher you want to redeem.
• Please inform the cashier that you are redeeming a Simplyfy E-Gift Voucher.
• Show the E-Gift Voucher details to the cashier at the time of billing and pay the balance amount by card or cash.
• Customer at Cafe Coffee Day outlet will need to share their mobile number and the 16 digit code at the time of redemption. An OTP will be sent to the customer and code will be redeemed upon sharing the OTP with Cafe Coffee Day counter person.
• Once OTP and 16 digit code is shared, the code will be marked as used or redeemed and reuse of the same E-Gift voucher will be disabled from the system.

• This is Cafe Coffee Day E-Gift voucher.
• Present the E-Gift voucher code while placing the order at the café.
• This Special E-Gift voucher is applicable to all Food, beverages, merchandise items, combos and any other discounted products as well.
• One E-Gift voucher value is to be consumed in full in one bill only and can be clubbed with any other promotion/discounts going on.
• The E-Gift voucher is applicable only for dine-in and take-away orders and is not valid for delivery orders.
• Offer valid on amount exclusive of taxes.
• E-Gift voucher is valid at Pan India outlets (Except All Airport outlets, special pricing/discounted outlets, corporate cafes, Bangalore Club & Spencer’s cafes Bangalore & Reliance Cochin).
